Bauman has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the US national security community, with expertise in intelligence analysis and production, leadership profiling, strategic warning, counterterrorism, counterintelligence, cybersecurity, and cognitive warfare/psychological operations. He holds multiple coaching certifications, is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is a Hogan Assessments Certified Independent Consultant.
